For FIFA World Cup 2026 (Vancouver hosts seven matches at BC Place between 13 June and 7 July) we offer match-day suite packages, private pre-match dinners with former internationals, helicopter door-to-pitch transfers, yacht hospitality on English Bay, after-party hosting, and multi-city travel coordination with the host cities in Mexico, the US, and Eastern Canada.

Every Keys to the City experience is fully customisable. Whether it’s a marriage proposal on a glacier, a 12-course tasting menu on a yacht for ten, a private museum opening, or a same-day Whistler-to-Tofino circuit by helicopter, our concierge team designs the route, the menu, the photography, and the staff. Lead time is typically 7–21 days.

Curated experiences range from approximately CAD $2,500 for a private guided art-and-architecture afternoon up to CAD $35,000+ for a full-day helicopter and yacht circuit with private chef and live music. Most bookings sit in the CAD $5,000–$15,000 range. Pricing is presented as a single all-inclusive fixed quote.
