We curate by-invitation hospitality, accommodation, and transportation across Metro Vancouver and Whistler for members and vetted applicants. Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to evaluate membership requests, deliver concierge services, and improve the site:

• Identity and contact details you submit through the invitation form (name, email, phone, and brief notes).
• Booking details you share for services such as match-day VIP hospitality, supercar rental, yacht charters, jets, helicopters, and luxury property rentals.
• Communications you exchange with our concierges by email, phone, or messaging app.
• Standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) used for security and analytics.

How we use your information

• Reviewing membership applications and confirming eligibility.
• Coordinating bookings with vetted vendors (such as charter operators, property managers, and aviation providers) on your behalf.
• Communicating about your reservations, payments, and itinerary changes.

KEYSTOTHECITY services and the invitation form are intended for adults aged 19 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
