1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of the KEYSTOTHECITY website at https://keystothecity.ca, our concierge services, and any communications with our team. By accessing the website or requesting an invitation, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Membership and invitations

KEYSTOTHECITY is a by-invitation Vancouver luxury concierge. Membership is offered at our sole discretion based on application review and personal introductions. Submitting an invitation request does not guarantee acceptance, and we may decline any application without disclosing the reason. Members must be aged 19 or over (the age of majority in British Columbia).

3. Concierge services

KEYSTOTHECITY arranges bookings with independent vendors — including charter operators, property managers, aviation providers, hospitality partners, and event hosts. We are not the operator of vehicles, aircraft, vessels, or accommodations. Each booking is governed by the vendor's own terms, insurance, and safety procedures, which we disclose at the time of proposal.

Pricing quoted on the website is indicative; final pricing depends on dates, availability, taxes, and gratuities, and is confirmed in your booking proposal.

4. Deposits, payments, and cancellations

Most bookings require a deposit to reserve inventory. Cancellation and refund policies vary by vendor and are stated in your proposal. You authorise KEYSTOTHECITY to share booking details with the vendor only as needed to fulfil your request.

5. Member conduct

Members and guests agree to behave lawfully and respectfully toward staff, vendors, and other members. KEYSTOTHECITY may suspend or revoke membership for harassment, fraud, repeated no-shows, vendor abuse, or any conduct inconsistent with the community standards that the membership is built on.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the KEYSTOTHECITY website — including text, photography, logos, the “KEYSTOTHECITY” wordmark, and editorial guides — is owned by KEYSTOTHECITY or used under licence. You may not copy, republish, or use the content for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by British Columbia law, KEYSTOTHECITY is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or vendor services arranged through us. Our total liability for any direct claim is limited to the amount you paid KEYSTOTHECITY for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable in British Columbia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, located in Vancouver.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
