1. Helicopter to the Sea-to-Sky Lookout. From CAD $4,800. We charter a Bell 407 or Airbus H125 from the Coal Harbour helipad. 90-minute flight: lift-off, Stanley Park orbit, Howe Sound, land at the Sea-to-Sky Lookout (private grass clearing accessible only by helicopter). The pilot stays at the aircraft, you walk 60 metres to a prepared spot with champagne and the photographer concealed in the treeline. Return flight after the answer. 2. Yacht sunset on Coal Harbour. From CAD $5,800. 3-hour Princess 60 charter from the Vancouver Yacht Club, departing 90 minutes before sunset. Sail to a quiet anchorage off Stanley Park, onboard chef prepares a two-course tasting menu, and the proposal happens on the bow as the sun crosses the North Shore mountains. Photographer onboard, dressed as a deckhand until needed. 3. Cedar-forest dinner. From CAD $6,800. Private grove at one of three Lower Mainland locations (Lighthouse Park, North Shore, or a private property in West Vancouver). Hand-built fire pit, hanging Edison-bulb canopy, 4-course tasting menu served by a single chef, candles and rose petals on the cedar boughs, string quartet 60 metres into the trees for ambient music. The setting is built between 14:00 and 18:30; you arrive at 19:00.

Every proposal package includes a professional photographer at no additional cost. Our photographer roster has shot proposals for athletes, executives and entertainers in Vancouver since 2018 — they know how to be invisible until the moment, and how to capture the answer without the camera being seen. Video is available as an add-on (CAD $2,200). For helicopter proposals we recommend video over photo alone — the approach into the Sea-to-Sky Lookout filmed from the cabin is dramatic. Delivery: edited photo gallery within 7 days, video edit within 14 days, full raw files on a labelled USB drive at any time.

For our helicopter and yacht proposals we will safe-keep the ring in a locked Pelican case the night before, deliver it to the pilot or captain in the hour before departure, and they will pass it to you discreetly before the moment. Every proposal also has an emergency backup plan. If weather grounds the helicopter, the proposal moves to the cedar forest setting (we set up an alternative grove the morning of as a backup). If a sudden squall hits Coal Harbour, we move the yacht charter to a Coal Harbour penthouse with a balcony — same chef, same photographer, same playlist. The plan is on paper, the date does not move.

We coordinate parking, hotel check-in, suite turn-down with petals (if requested), the post-proposal dinner reservation (Hawksworth, Boulevard, Botanist and Cibo all hold tables for us on short notice), and the family WhatsApp announcement timing. NDA: every staff member — pilot, captain, chef, photographer, server — signs an NDA. For celebrity, athlete and public-figure proposals we execute a custom NDA naming both parties.
