Bachelorette party — Vancouver

Bachelorette Party Vancouver

Yachts on Coal Harbour, Tofino wellness retreats, penthouse weekends and sommelier-led wine tours. We plan, you arrive.

A bachelorette in Vancouver should feel like the best weekend of her year. Not a pub crawl. Keys to the City builds three- and four-day bachelorette weekends that feature Coal Harbour yacht charters, wellness retreats in Tofino, sommelier-led wine tours through Naramata, and penthouse stays with a private chef. Every booking, every driver, every reservation — handled by one concierge.

The four most-booked weekends

1. Bachelorette Yacht Day. From CAD $7,800 for a group of eight. Princess 60, 8-hour charter, lunch catered onboard (mediterranean or Pacific Northwest tasting menu), full bar with rose and Pol Roger on ice, paddle boards and tender for swimming. Route: Coal Harbour → English Bay → sunset at Spanish Banks. 2. Tofino Wellness Weekend. From CAD $16,500 for a group of six. Two nights at the Wickaninnish Inn (oceanfront suites), Ancient Cedars Spa buyout for two hours, surf lesson at Long Beach, private chef dinner with a winemaker, sound bath in the cedar suite. 3. Penthouse + Sommelier Wine Tour. From CAD $11,200 for a group of six. Two nights in a Coal Harbour penthouse, day trip to Naramata wineries (Painted Rock, Black Hills, Howling Bluff, La Frenz) with a Master Sommelier as your tour guide, return flight via charter Cessna Caravan from YVR South Terminal. 4. Whistler Spa Weekend. From CAD $13,800 for a group of six. Two nights at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler, Vida Spa buyout for an afternoon, scenic helicopter tour over the Spearhead Range, dinner at Wild Blue, brunch at Bearfoot Bistro.

Wellness, not chaos

Most bachelorette concierge services in Vancouver default to club tables and party buses. We don't. The clients we serve — brides whose photos will sit in books and on walls for the next forty years — want a weekend they will actually remember. We design around a 9:30pm finish on Saturday so Sunday is brunch, spa and reflection. If the bride wants late nights and tables, we book them. But we will recommend doing it differently.

Private dining and chefs

Our chef roster includes alumni of Hawksworth, Boulevard and Botanist. A typical bachelorette private chef booking is a four-course Pacific Northwest tasting menu (sablefish, BC king salmon, Haida Gwaii halibut, local raspberries) served at the penthouse, with a Naramata or Okanagan wine pairing. CAD $4,800 for a group of six all-inclusive, two-hour service. For groups of 8 or more we can also arrange a Hawksworth private dining room with a tasting menu (CAD $325/pp) or a Boulevard buyout (Wednesday–Thursday only, CAD $14,500 minimum spend).

How to book

Tell us the bride's name, the group size and a long-weekend date. We will return inside four working hours with three turnkey itineraries at three price points. Every booking includes a vetted driver on call for the full weekend, an NDA-bound chauffeur if requested, and a single point of contact for the full duration. For groups of 8+, our director Robert MacFarlane joins the WhatsApp thread for the duration.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a bachelorette party in Vancouver cost?

A Keys to the City bachelorette weekend typically ranges from CAD $7,800 for a yacht day with a group of eight, up to CAD $24,000 for a four-day Tofino-and-Vancouver combination with private floatplane, spa buyout, sommelier wine tour and penthouse stay. Average spend for a group of six on a three-day weekend is CAD $13,500.

What is the best month for a bachelorette weekend in Vancouver?

Late May through mid-September is peak window — yacht weather is reliable, the Sea-to-Sky is lush, and Naramata wineries are open. October offers spectacular fall colour in Whistler and Tofino but yacht days are weather-dependent. December to March we recommend Whistler spa-and-helicopter weekends over yacht days.

Do you handle private chef and dining bookings?

Yes. Our private chef roster includes alumni of Hawksworth, Boulevard and Botanist. Typical bachelorette private chef booking is a four-course Pacific Northwest tasting menu with a Naramata wine pairing, served at your penthouse, two-hour service, CAD $4,800 all-inclusive for six guests. For restaurants we hold private dining rooms at Hawksworth, Boulevard, Cibo and Botanist.

Can you arrange a Tofino weekend with floatplane charter from Vancouver?

Yes — Tofino is one of our most-booked bachelorette destinations. We charter a Harbour Air Cessna Caravan from Coal Harbour direct to Tofino Harbour, approximately 60 minutes flight time. Cost is CAD $850 per seat each way for a group of nine (typical charter). On arrival a vetted driver meets you and transfers to the Wickaninnish Inn or Long Beach Lodge.

Can you book a winery tour through the Okanagan from Vancouver?

Yes. Most popular package is a single-day Naramata Bench wine tour with a Master Sommelier as guide. We charter a Cessna Caravan from YVR South Terminal to Penticton (50 minutes), a chauffeured Sprinter van for the day visiting Painted Rock, Black Hills, Howling Bluff and La Frenz, lunch at Joy Road Catering, return charter to Vancouver. CAD $4,800 per person for a group of six.

How far in advance should I book a Vancouver bachelorette party?

For Tofino and the Wickaninnish Inn we recommend 5–6 months in advance — their suites book heavily for May through September. Vancouver yacht days require 8–10 weeks. Penthouse rentals can typically be confirmed with 4–6 weeks notice. Last-minute bookings (under 3 weeks) we will quote on a case-by-case basis.
