Coal Harbour helipad to BC Place rooftop has limited slot capacity per match-day window. We hold a fixed number of slots between 14:00 and 17:00 inbound, and 19:00 to 21:30 outbound, for member clients. As of the current pre-booking window, approximately 60% of slots remain across the seven matches. If no helicopter slot is available, we route via a Maybach + Mercedes V-Class convoy with a police-coordinated escort through the BC Place VIP arrival lane. Total time door-to-door is approximately 18 minutes longer than the helicopter. Booking opens publicly for non-members in January 2026. Frequently Asked Questions
How many FIFA World Cup 2026 matches does Vancouver host?
Vancouver hosts seven matches at BC Place between 13 June and 7 July 2026: six group-stage matches and one Round of 32 knockout match. Two of the group-stage matches feature the USA national team. Vancouver is one of 16 host cities across Canada, Mexico and the United States, and is the only Canadian city to host a knockout-round match.
What is included in a match-day VIP package?
A standard match-day VIP package for two guests (CAD $12,500) includes: Maybach S680 hotel pickup, helicopter Coal Harbour to BC Place rooftop (4-minute flight), hospitality lounge access from doors-open until one hour post-final whistle (with canape and champagne service), helicopter return to Coal Harbour, and a sommelier-led post-match yacht dinner with chef tasting menu on Coal Harbour and English Bay. Round trip duration door-to-door is approximately 7.5 hours.
How much does a Vancouver World Cup VIP weekend cost?
A two-night Vancouver World Cup weekend for a couple attending one match starts at CAD $18,500 (Coal Harbour 1BR penthouse + one match-day VIP package). For a two-match weekend the cost is CAD $52,500 across four nights for a couple. Group-of-four packages start at CAD $38,500 for a single match. Full-tournament concierge for a group of four (25 nights, all seven matches) is CAD $285,000.
Can you guarantee helicopter slots to BC Place during the World Cup?
Yes — we have pre-blocked a fixed number of helicopter slots between Coal Harbour helipad and BC Place rooftop for each match window. Approximately 60% of slots remain across the seven matches as of the current pre-booking period. Members who book before January 2026 receive priority slot allocation. For matches where slots are full, we route via Maybach + V-Class convoy with police-coordinated VIP arrival lane (door-to-door approximately 18 minutes longer).
Do hospitality lounge tickets include the match ticket?
Yes — hospitality lounge tickets at BC Place include both the lounge access (open from doors-open until one hour post-final whistle, with canape and champagne service throughout including half-time) and the match seat itself in the hospitality section. Through Keys to the City the hospitality tickets are part of the match-day VIP package; we cannot sell match tickets separately under FIFA hospitality rules.
Where do private jets land for Vancouver World Cup arrivals?
YVR South Terminal (the dedicated FBO at Vancouver International Airport, IATA: YVR) is the recommended arrival for private jets. We meet your aircraft plane-side with a Maybach S680 or Cadillac Escalade-V. Total time from runway touchdown to Coal Harbour penthouse is typically 28–35 minutes. For groups arriving on a Bombardier Global 7500 or Gulfstream G650ER we can also coordinate pre-clearance for returning to the United States.
