Corporate Events Vancouver

Our corporate yacht charter package is the most common request. We charter the Princess 75 or Sunseeker 76 (12-guest seated capacity, 20-guest cocktail capacity) for an 8-hour buyout on Coal Harbour at CAD $14,500/day all-inclusive: captain, mate, sommelier-served wine list, full bar, three-course tasting lunch or canape spread, and an AV-equipped salon for presentations. For larger groups we charter the 100-foot Sunseeker Manhattan or a 120-foot Princess motor yacht (up to 35 guests cocktail capacity) at CAD $24,500/day. Most-booked routes: Coal Harbour > English Bay > Bowen Island for lunch, or Coal Harbour > Howe Sound > Lions Bay for sunset.

Our most-requested offsite venue is the Fairmont Chateau Whistler penthouse floor (8 suites + boardroom + dining room, full takeover, CAD $32,500/night). For groups of 4–6 we recommend the private chalet program in Creekside (CAD $12,000–18,000/night for 4-6 bedroom chalets with chef and ski guide on call). For day offsites within Vancouver we work with the Vancouver Club, Hawksworth's private dining room and the Crystal Lodge at the Fairmont Pacific Rim. Tofino and Sonora Resort are also options for two- and three-night retreats with helicopter access.

Vancouver hosts 7 matches between 13 June and 7 July 2026 at BC Place. We are pre-blocking helicopter slots (Coal Harbour helipad → BC Place rooftop, 4-minute flight), hospitality boxes, and post-match yacht dinners on Coal Harbour for member companies entertaining clients during the tournament. A typical match-day client entertainment package: helicopter transfer at 16:00 → hospitality lounge at BC Place from 17:30 → match → helicopter back to Coal Harbour → yacht dinner on the water with a sommelier-served menu, 19:30–late. CAD $38,500 for a group of four. Larger groups available.

For the C-suite we run a monthly fixed-fee program: 20 chauffeured transfers per month between any combination of YVR (private FBO at South Terminal), office, home and offsite venues. Vehicles are Mercedes EQS, Maybach S680 or Cadillac Escalade-V. Driver retains a single point of contact — same chauffeur for the duration of the contract. From CAD $8,500/month. For a single board meeting or quarterly with international directors flying in, we coordinate plane-side pickup at YVR South Terminal, direct transfer to the office or hotel, on-call standby during the meeting day, and return to the aircraft. From CAD $1,200/day per vehicle.

Most of our corporate clients require: written master services agreement, vendor NDA executed before any details are exchanged, insurance certificates (auto liability CAD $5M, charter operator certificates on file), and a single invoice with itemised line items for the bookkeeper. We accept payment by EFT, corporate credit card (3% surcharge on charters), or wire transfer. Net-30 available for member companies after the first booking. All quotes are valid for 30 days.
