Birthday playlist curated by our music supervisor (he has worked Cannes and the Toronto Film Festival). Route: Coal Harbour > English Bay > Bowen Island for lunch in the harbour > sunset return. Photographer optional (CAD $1,200) — we discreetly capture the day so you are not posing.

For a 30–8-person evening: a Coal Harbour 3BR penthouse for the night (CAD $4,800/night), private chef serving a four-course tasting menu from 19:30–late (CAD $4,800 all-inclusive), and a DJ booth set up on the terrace (CAD $1,800 for a 5-hour set with a roster including alumni of Celebrities Vancouver and Twelve West). We coordinate the cake with Beta5 or Thierry, manage the guest list with concierge check-in at the lobby, supply a vetted bartender, and a discrete cleanup crew arrives at 03:00. For a 50-person evening we recommend the Fairmont Pacific Rim penthouse buyout or a private mansion in West Vancouver — quoted on request.

From CAD $5,800 for a 12-hour day in a Lamborghini Huracan EVO, Ferrari Roma Spider or McLaren 720S Spider. Pickup at your hotel 09:00, breakfast in the car, drive up the Sea-to-Sky stopping at the Tantalus Lookout and the Sea-to-Sky Gondola, lunch at Bearfoot Bistro, return to Vancouver before 17:00. Insurance and support vehicle included. For a group, we run 4-car supercar convoys to Whistler at CAD $12,500 — includes Fairmont Chateau Whistler one night, a professional automotive photographer en route, and the support vehicle for luggage and overflow.

For the 30th, 40th, 50th or 60th we recommend a three-day combination: Friday penthouse arrival + chef dinner + DJ. Saturday yacht day with the close group. Sunday supercar drive + spa brunch. From CAD $24,500 for a group of eight. We coordinate with the birthday person's calendar to make sure the surprise elements are protected — if the partner is planning the weekend secretly we coordinate exclusively with them, and the birthday person learns each detail in the hour before it happens.
