Vancouver is the best bachelor party city in Canada for one reason: in two hours you can be on a 70-foot yacht in Coal Harbour, in a Lamborghini on the Sea-to-Sky, or 7,000 feet up the Spearhead Range on skis. Keys to the City puts it all on one schedule — yachts, supercars, heli-skiing, penthouses, chefs and drivers — so the best man stops being the project manager.
The four signature weekends
1. Yacht Day on Coal Harbour. From CAD $8,500 for a group of 8. Princess 70 or Sunseeker 76, 8-hour charter, captain and mate, lunch catered onboard, full bar, jet-ski tender for water sports. Tour: Stanley Park seawall → English Bay → Bowen Island for late lunch → sunset return. 2. Supercar Rally Vancouver → Whistler. From CAD $12,500 for four cars (Lamborghini Huracan, Ferrari Roma, McLaren 720S, Aston Martin DB12). One night at Fairmont Chateau Whistler. Photo shoot with a professional automotive photographer en route at the Tantalus Lookout. 3. Heli-Ski Weekend in the Spearhead Range. From CAD $22,500 for a group of four — two days of private heli-skiing with Whistler Heli-Skiing or Coast Range Heli-Skiing, two nights in a penthouse at the Westin Whistler, ski equipment, lift tickets for off-days, in-suite massage. 4. Penthouse Weekend with Chef & Driver. From CAD $14,500. Three nights in a Coal Harbour penthouse (3BR, terrace, harbour view), private chef Saturday night (4-course menu from Hawksworth or Boulevard alumni), driver on call 24h Friday–Sunday.
Discretion, NDAs and what we will not do
Every concierge, driver, chef and crew member is on a standing NDA — we will execute a custom NDA naming the groom on request, at no charge. Hotels are booked under a corporate name; airport pickups are at YVR South Terminal (private FBO) when arriving on a chartered jet. What we do not do: anything illegal, anything that puts our staff or your group at risk, and anything involving services we do not personally vet. We have a roster of clubs, restaurants and venues we work with regularly — if the request is outside that roster we will say so and propose alternatives.
Travel and arrival
Most groups arrive Friday afternoon and depart Sunday evening. For Calgary, Seattle and Toronto groups we recommend a chartered Embraer Phenom 300E (CAD $5,200/hour, 2h Toronto–Vancouver) into YVR South Terminal — you taxi from the runway to a waiting Cadillac Escalade-V or Mercedes Sprinter in under four minutes. From there it is 12 minutes to Coal Harbour. For international groups (London, New York, Dubai) the Bombardier Global 7500 or Gulfstream G650ER lands at YVR with a 90-second walk from steps to suburban. Pre-clearance for US-bound returns is available.
How to plan in one call

We come back inside four working hours with three full itineraries at three price points, all turnkey, all on one written quote. You pick, we book everything, and the best man becomes a guest. What is the best month for a bachelor party in Vancouver?
Two windows. Late June through early September for yacht charters and supercar rallies on the Sea-to-Sky — weather is reliable and golden-hour photos are exceptional. Late January through early March for heli-skiing weekends in the Spearhead Range and Coast Mountains — powder is deepest, days are bright. We can also do hybrid weekends in shoulder season (April, October) with reduced rates.
Can you book private clubs and restaurants for our group?
Yes. We work with the head of business at Cibo, Boulevard, Hawksworth, Botanist, Joe Fortes and a number of members-only venues. For groups of 8 or more we typically pre-book a private dining room with a tasting menu and reserved wine pairings. Tables for groups under 8 we hold at standard reservations.
Do you handle airport pickup and transfers between venues?
Yes — every itinerary includes ground transport between every venue from arrival to departure. Default vehicles are Cadillac Escalade-V (group of 6–7) or Mercedes Sprinter (group of 8–12) with vetted chauffeurs. For chartered jet arrivals we meet your aircraft at YVR South Terminal plane-side. Sleeping-car taxi rides between venues are included.
Can the groom be surprised, or does he need to know?
We work either way. For surprise weekends we coordinate exclusively with the best man on a private email thread — the groom learns details on a need-to-know basis as the weekend unfolds. We will hand-deliver a printed itinerary to the groom at his hotel on Friday evening if requested, formatted to look like an art-deco menu card.
How far in advance should I book a Vancouver bachelor party?
For peak summer (July–August) we recommend 4–6 months in advance to lock the yacht of choice and the supercar fleet. Heli-skiing weekends in February–March require 8–10 weeks. For shoulder-season weekends (May, June, September) we can often confirm within 3–4 weeks. Last-minute bachelor parties (under 2 weeks) we will quote on a case-by-case basis.
